I already bought a ZEDPRO license from a software reseller, what can I do ?
There are several things you can do :
- You can ask for a full refund from the reseller, then buy from our website to have your own Customer Space.
- Ask the reseller to manage your computers activations.
In case of a license bought from a reseller, Prim'X Customer Support can't help you with your software activations, you will have to contact the reseller customer support.
