For all other data collected, the data collection form will describe the rules applicable to the data thus collected in the event of these rules being different from those set out in this policy.
Aside from personal data, we also save statistical data (pages visited, number of hits). These data allow us to know how and to what extent certain parts of our website are used. These statistics contain no personal data.
Note that Prim'X Technologies never has access to your payment-related information (in particular for payments by credit card). Paypal payments are managed directly by Paypal. Payments by credit card are managed by Paybox, which is PCI-DSS certified by Visa and MASTERCARD.
4. Who is sent my personal data?
The personal information collected by Prim'X Technologies is not sold to third parties. However, we may share personal data collected with other entities, namely:
- Prim'X Technologies staff members authorised for the purpose of carrying out their assignments resulting from the purposes indicated above;
- Service providers, especially those who perform certain functions on our behalf (hosting, maintenance) and the PAYBOX service offered by the company VERIFONE, which allows you to use various payment methods;
- Judicial officers and law officials in the course of their litigation management and debt collection missions: in case of litigation, we may share your personal data for the purpose of defending our rights;
- Government administrations in particular for social and tax declarations;
We may also disclose your personal data to any potential buyer if Prim'X Technologies disposes of an entity or any of its assets.
We reserve the right to disclose your personal data to other parties if the law, any applicable regulatory provision, a court order or regulation requires or authorises such disclosure, or if such disclosure is required for the purposes of any investigation or proceedings in France or abroad.
5. How are my personal data protected?
Prim'X Technologies is committed to ensuring the data you send us are protected. To prevent unauthorised access, use, modification, destruction, loss, damage or disclosure, appropriate technical and organizational measures have been taken to protect the data collected.
In particular, the security of your data is provided:
- By means of a login and password protection;
- by encryption of databases;
- by restricting access to your data to authorised persons only (for example, only members or employees of Prim'X Technologies who need access to these data for the purposes stated above will have access to such data).
To help in this data protection process, it is recommended to avoid using a password that is too easy
to guess, to regularly change your password and to not share it with anyone else.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the Internet is not entirely secure. Even though
Prim'X Technologies is committed to doing everything in its power to protect your personal data, Prim'X Technologies cannot completely guarantee that data relating to you that you provide will be
fully secure.
In case of a breach of your personal data presenting a risk to the rights and freedoms of the data subjects concerned, be aware that Prim'X Technologies is obliged to notify the competent
supervisory authority and to inform you, without delay, of any personal data breach likely to give rise to a serious risk in terms of your rights and freedoms, so as to enable you to take any steps
necessary.
6. What are my rights?
You have the right to access your personal data, to modify and erase such data, the right to be forgotten by Prim'X Technologies, to limit the processing of your data, to receive the personal data
concerning you, provided to Prim'X Technologies in a format that is structured, frequently used and readable by machine and you are entitled to object to the processing of your personal data for a
legitimate reason. When the processing is based on your consent, you are also entitled to withdraw such consent.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés) or a data protection authority of a Member State of the European Union and to
give instructions for use of your personal data after your death.

In order to enable Prim'X Technologies to reply without delay, please indicate your surname, forename and email address. Some requests to exercise your rights (right of access) must be accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature to verify your identity and specify the address at which you wish to receive the answer. Apart from special circumstances, a response will be sent within one month of receipt of the request.
