Resetting a previously failed activation on Windows registry
It is possible to reset Windows ZEDPRO activation if you have trouble activating it because of external factors: bad internet connection, previous failed activation...
You can launch the registry editor, then do the following:
1) Close ZEDPRO.
2) Go to the following registry key:
- If it is a setup for all users, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Prim'X\Zed! Pro [x64]\1.0\Users\
- If it is a setup for one user, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Prim'X\Zed! Pro [x64]\1.0\Users\
3) Delete the « Activation » value.
4) Delete the activation on your Customer Space.
5) Do the activation again.
Activation should be working again.
