Error MS_UNAVAILABLE when ordering from the website
When ordering on the website, a MS_UNAVAILABLE error may appear.
This is due to a timeout in the VIES website from the European Commission which is used to check the intra-community VAT numbers (TVA intracommunautaire in French), which is usually resolved
quickly.
We advice to wait and retry later your order.
Note for French users : if you are ordering from France, you do not need to add the VAT number, you can just skip the step.
